Excellent from the moment we walked into the store. Salesperson and warehouse guy were excellent!

This is my second time buying furniture from El Dorado store. The salesman Hernan is the most knowledgeable, professional, and friendly person. He has a skill to make us feel special.

We received very professional and helpful service from Yanina Méndez ( profesional home associate). The attention that Yahima gave us was impeccable. And with respect to delivery, the service was wonderful, on time. Ivan Cedeño gave us a unique service, he took the time for us to decide how we wanted the sectional to be distributed. We are happy to know that El Dorado Furniture maintains a first class service despite the deterioration in customer service that exists in our country at the moment.

Salesperson Amanda was a pleasure to work with. She made us feel very appreciative for the business and was very attentive. We will definitely request her on future visits. We were pleased to see a large selection of Italian made furniture in the store.

I was looking for a different and high quality furniture store and by serendipity I came across ElDorado. I have just relocated to FL and wanted to visit a showroom where I would find an excellent selection of home furniture. I did find it in El Dorado store in Naples. The staff were very welcoming and Rocio was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in providing advice for my needs. The delivery team were excellent and the follow up very much appreciated. I highly recommend this furniture company.

Best experience from point of sale to delivery.

Herman was extremely helpful . He took the time to see what I was interested in and walked me in the right direction. I bought a couch , 2 chairs, a mirror and a pillow.

I will be returning soon for side tables and an entry way console.

Looking forward to working with Herman again.
