Overall it was a good experience. We are repeat customers so we already know the kind of furniture El Dorado offers. Still, this was the only store that didn't offer any discounts like all the others. It was hard to make a decision and we stuck with El Dorado only because we really liked the selections

I have always enjoyed shopping at Eldorado Furniture. Their professionalism and reasonable pricing is awesome.

We knew what we wanted when we walked into the store because our neighbor had gotten her furniture there. We immediately loved what she had and although the color we wanted was not available, we were more than happy with the color that was available. The sales associate helped us find a complementary recliner to go with our two new loveseats. It could not have gone any more smoothly. There was a wait for delivery, but we knew from our sales associate that it would be delayed. The delivery went so smoothly, the guys did an awesome job of hauling the new furniture up to the second story and setting it up. We absolutely love our new furniture and invited our neighbor up to see her furniture in a different color and invited our neighbor a different configuration. It should last us for many happy years.

Cris (Eddy Cristiani) was a wonderful Furnishings Associate. She was very knowledgeable of the products and showed us what we wanted. We purchased several items and was very pleased with her services and the company overall. The delivery personnel was friendly and took great care in their work. We highly recommend Cris for your furniture needs.

David was an excellent sales person. Not pushy, but guided us into a great purchase we are pleased with. The delivery team was prompt and courteous and set things up quickly and removed all packaging materials.

I had identified the type of items I wanted to see online at your website. So when I visited the store I was hoping to see that some of those items would be on display. When your Associate Sandra Goldschlager approached me I told her what items I wanted to see. She immediately took me to the showrooms where those items were on display and once I saw all the choices, it was easy for me to choose the option I liked best.



She completed the details of the purchase and delivery very efficiently, explaining to me how the delivery process works. She arranged for my apartment building to receive your liability insurance information promptly and the furniture was delivered as scheduled by 2 persons who were pleasant and efficient.

All good, so far. Excellent selection of furniture and outstanding customer service from our sale associate.

The salesman at the Pembroke Pines location Angel was very knowledgeable and helped us zone in on what we were looking for. He replied quickly to questions about delivery time frames and the item was delivered when promised. They were even able to give me a Saturday delivery which came on time. Delivery confirmation was easy via texts and they updated when I was the next stop. The delivery staff were efficient and courteous. And best of all the sectional couch is beautiful, comfortable and looks great in its new home.

Myra, our sales person from store number 15was wonderful. Our delivery team was excellent. We received a damaged cabinet and it was replaced within two days. Our sectional had misaligned piece and it has already been assessed and will be replaced. We cannot get over the service we have received from El Dorado … the customer service, our sales woman and our delivery team were all wonderful!!!

I was dealing with the most professional, knowledgeable, and patient employees of El Dorado. They all had talent, knew their merchandise and were so kind and fun to work with.They all worked together and I will go back again and again to shop there. I just happen to walk in to the store on Pembroke Pines and was met by a very respectable salesman he showed me around and I made my purchase very comfortablely. The next day I took my daughter and we were also met with the same eperience and my daughter and her husband also made a nice purchase. I will definitely return to this location .

We were "Window Shopping," at your store when Gema Nahar introduced herself and asked if we needed help. We were overwhelmed by the number of selections you had so we asked her to help us. We told her we wanted a White Leather Sectional and she showed us every one you had in the store. Since we were just looking, we took the information and left. We went to Baer's, Rooms To Go, and Ashley Furniture, but nobody could compare with the selection you had. We called Gema, and she was still at the store. She met us there about an hour later, and we bought a beautiful couch, plus a great Coffee Table and two end tables. We bought the furniture on November 26, but it wasn't in stock so we had to wait until January to receive it. When it was delivered, and set up, by an Amazing crew, we realized that we wanted to add a piece to the sectional. The delivery was yesterday, Saturday, January 11, and I thought that Gema might be in so I called and left a message. A few minutes later I received a text from Gema, telling us that she was at a Baby Shower but she would call me back as soon as the Baby Shower was over. This was one f the best examples of Customer Service that I have ever seen. Obviously I will tell that story whenever anybody asks about buying Furniture.

This was a very special selection as it was for my mom's 103rd birthday. She is so happy with her new dinette, and I hope that she will have no negative experiences with this product. We pray this is a quality product and it will not break down on her anytime soon. We want you to know how happy she is wtih this purchase. Thank you so much for that.

And with respect to delivery, the service was wonderful, on time. Ivan Cedeño gave us a unique service, he took the time for us to decide how we wanted the sectional to be distributed. We are happy to know that El Dorado Furniture maintains a first class service despite the deterioration in customer service that exists in our country at the moment.
