I had a very good experience both while shopping and with the delivery team. My sales associate was very responsive when I reached out about the delivery date information. The delivery team was very efficient and your technology for following the delivery and tracking when they are coming is excellent.

I would like more information about the best way to clean the furniture - especially if there is a spill on the couch.

I would like to highlight Alexis Ramirez's attentiveness and professionalism. We have never had such a pleasant experience at other furniture stores. Alexis stayed on top of our purchase until delivery, a salesperson like no other.

My salesperson was Julia, she was great. She answered every question & followed up to make sure we were getting everything we desired, She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and got what we wanted. She gave us measurements of everything to make sure it was gonna fit. any changes that we wanted She applied without question. I cannot say enough about her. She's well mannered, very knowledgeable and a great person to work with will be doing business with her again

We are so impressed with the entire experience. Our salesman. Elvin, was phenomenal! We shopped at many furniture stores and came back to El Dorado to purchase. He made everything so easy. The delivery was great - kept us informed and arrived earlier than expected. Keep up the great service - it’s hard to find these days!

I purchased my leather furniture from the Plantation store from Alex. She was very helpful but not pushy. Delivery team was punctual and fast. I even had a follow up phone call about my El Dorado experience . I am very satisfied with the quality of my furniture and the all over treatment. Thank you.

Allan Sabillon is a great associate. He gave us space to shop around, yet was available to answer any questions and when it was time to purchase he made the transaction super easy. When we went back for our patio set we specifically asked for Allan. We love Allan!

Cheryl was absolutely amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and wasn’t too pushy. She listened to what we wanted and showed us what they had on the floor that matched our descriptions. 10/10 would go back to her!

Joe Lino is the best furniture sales person we have ever dealt with. He’s very knowledgeable about all the furniture and items in the store. He’s very helpful with matching items together. You always know you will have good service when dealing with Joe. We have bought many pieces of furniture at El Dorado over the last ten years and have always used Joe since our first purchase years ago.

Delivery Team did an amazing job. Very friendly and professional. Took care of furniture when installing it. Love the furniture we purchase. Great place to buy furniture.

The sales representative (Rosaura) is an excellent person, very polite and has all skills to fill all questions about the product.

We found your your store when they were building in Wesley Chapel, FL. We lived at that time in Land O Lakes.

No high pressure associate’s, which is awesome!! They introduce themselves at the door, tell you to reach out if you need them. That’s the best kind of help!

Danuel Amigot was our sales representative and he was excellent. Very professional and polite but provided me with good suggestions.

Once I explained what I was looking for, he directed us to the right furniture. When asked he gave me good advice on the selection of chairs and tables. He made it a very enjoyable experience. I had a couple of questions after the purchase and he called me back promptly. BTW the furniture looks great in our home.

The delivery team was excellent too! On time, professional and very friendly. Enjoyed talking to them while they were unpacking the furniture.

I ordered on the phone with the Miami office. The girl who assisted with my order was just fantastic - went above and beyond to meet my delivery needs with additional conversations with her boss and the delivery team - that my friend is how you generate sales - she's a keeper!!

My sales associate Medialie was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, patient and kind. She listens well to what a client is looking for and has the ability to guide the customer to that style. She was not pushy, and I appreciate that so much because I didn't feel rushed in making my decisions. She allowed me to look at the options in my style and also worked well with me figuring out the measurements I know I had to work with in my condo. I am so excited and thrilled about my dining room set that was delivered a couple days ago! I even went back and ordered a sectional, and I am so excited for that delivery coming this weekend! I will definitely be back to that store, and I look forward to making more purchases!

Our salesperson, Mayra was great. Very kind and easy to work with. She made our requested changes to our order effortless. The two delivery men were also great. Any company should be proud to have these people as part of their company.

I bought furniture for my first floor with Aixa’s help. I was so happy with her that I requested her when I bought furniture for the second floor. Aixa is helpful, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, attentive, has a great disposition and very patient. Definitely made my experience exceptional. She’s definitely an asset to your organization. So that you know, I had never met her before I set foot in your showroom.

Overall it was a good experience. We are repeat customers so we already know the kind of furniture El Dorado offers. Still, this was the only store that didn't offer any discounts like all the others. It was hard to make a decision and we stuck with El Dorado only because we really liked the selections

We knew what we wanted when we walked into the store because our neighbor had gotten her furniture there. We immediately loved what she had and although the color we wanted was not available, we were more than happy with the color that was available. The sales associate helped us find a complementary recliner to go with our two new loveseats. It could not have gone any more smoothly. There was a wait for delivery, but we knew from our sales associate that it would be delayed. The delivery went so smoothly, the guys did an awesome job of hauling the new furniture up to the second story and setting it up. We absolutely love our new furniture and invited our neighbor up to see her furniture in a different color and invited our neighbor a different configuration. It should last us for many happy years.

Cris (Eddy Cristiani) was a wonderful Furnishings Associate. She was very knowledgeable of the products and showed us what we wanted. We purchased several items and was very pleased with her services and the company overall. The delivery personnel was friendly and took great care in their work. David was an excellent sales person. Not pushy, but guided us into a great purchase we are pleased with. The delivery team was prompt and courteous and set things up quickly and removed all packaging materials.

I had identified the type of items I wanted to see online at your website. So when I visited the store I was hoping to see that some of those items would be on display. When your Associate Sandra Goldschlager approached me I told her what items I wanted to see. She immediately took me to the showrooms where those items were on display and once I saw all the choices, it was easy for me to choose the option I liked best.



She completed the details of the purchase and delivery very efficiently, explaining to me how the delivery process works. She arranged for my apartment building to receive your liability insurance information promptly and the furniture was delivered as scheduled by 2 persons who were pleasant and efficient.

All good, so far. Excellent selection of furniture and outstanding customer service from our sale associate.

The salesman at the Pembroke Pines location Angel was very knowledgeable and helped us zone in on what we were looking for. He replied quickly to questions about delivery time frames and the item was delivered when promised. They were even able to give me a Saturday delivery which came on time. Delivery confirmation was easy via texts and they updated when I was the next stop. The delivery staff were efficient and courteous. And best of all the sectional couch is beautiful, comfortable and looks great in its new home.

Myra, our sales person from store number 15was wonderful. Our delivery team was excellent. We received a damaged cabinet and it was replaced within two days. Our sectional had misaligned piece and it has already been assessed and will be replaced. We cannot get over the service we have received from El Dorado … the customer service, our sales woman and our delivery team were all wonderful!!!

I was dealing with the most professional, knowledgeable, and patient employees of El Dorado. They all had talent, knew their merchandise and were so kind and fun to work with.They all worked together and I will go back again and again to shop there.
